Not sure if this is a Plex or PS3 issue.
I use a Logitech K400 keyboard to control my PS3. When I launch Plex the keyboard stoppes working. I can still use the normal PS3-controller.
Any ideas?
Edit: testet the Netflix app now and the keyboard works fine so looks like a Plex issue.
I have the K400r keyboard and I am experiencing the same issue. The keyboard works in the ps4 home menu and in the web browser but not in the web app. The app looks great but having keyboard support would be great!
Hello there! I've filed an issue to investigate support.
Just wanted to say that this doesn’t seem to be fixed. K400 Plus still works great in PS4 and other apps, but not in Plex. I don’t know what the investigation found, but supporting one of the most popular media keyboards out there should be a priority. Hopefully you can file the issue again.
