Find the old server and “X” (Remove) it.
This takes it out of Plex.tv.
sign out.
Close the browser tab/window.

This was the first thing I did. After that, accesing 127.0.0.1 would reveal the “deleted” Synology Server. Now, this ip doesn’t even work, neither if I am on the local network, nor if I am connected via an external wifi.
I do not have any option to see my server.

It seems that the IP adress must be in the format 192.168..

I did try this earlier but got the same result.
Do you see any thing wrong in the logs.
This also happens when I was trying to do at home by typing in my nas IP address follow by the Plex address. Same error no soup or you don’t have access to this server
I can try it out steps you gave me again and see if I can see my server in my account
At home I am on the local network. This happen because I had to deleted earlier Plex media server because some problems and when I reinstall the Plex media server again in the synology drive and try to access it , I got this no soup error or you don’t have access to this server

im an idiot and this helped… after about two weeks trying everything… uninstalling and re-installing… make sure your IP address is correct for the service… even if its a VLAN
