Im getting this error message, reformatted my old NAS(Qnap) and setup my new NAS(synology) and im getting the message below.
No soup for you!
The server you’re trying to access doesn’t want to let you in. Make sure you’re signed in as a user with access to this server.
So… I guess you want to complete the setup of the new install on your Synology NAS?
Keep in mind you need to use the bundled version of Plex Web to do that and claim your server.
http://[Syno IP address]:32400/web
Once this is done you can also access the server from other Plex apps (incl. the hosted web app → https://app.plex.tv/desktop)
i completed the setup but i cant claim the server, used the IP address of the new server as well as accessed plex.tv but cant access and im getting NO soup
Did you run your old server under another user account and migrate the server data directory?
