1.15.4.993 was superceded (hotfix)
As with all Synology releases, you can download them from plex.tv. Scroll down and click on “Get Plex.”

There’s a third-party archive of old versions of the Synology packages available online. Google for “PlexMediaServer-1.15.4.993-bb4a2cb6c-x86_64.spk” and you’ll soon find it…
If going back to the old version is only because of managing permissions, I strongly recommend taking the few minutes and clicking the boxes in the GUI windows. It will be better off that way in the long run.
