I recently upgraded my plex and now it won’t let me access my media on my network drive, I have an account that Im paying for that I cannot use it. When i install flex on my mac IOS it seems to install properly. When i open flex it says get Plex media server and then I have a small circle rotating saying looking for servers. I also have an option to setup plex cloud which i don’t want to do. I have looked at all the FAQs and cannot work out how to connect to my hard drive on my network like i used to, can anyone help this is getting really frustrating
I am having a similar problem. I upgraded to Plex Cloud but decided not to use it. Now I cannot back out. I’m getting the same “Looking for Servers” message.
