Hi,
Yesterday evening I wanted to watch via Plex, but EVERYTHING was gone. Every library and every setting. This was the third time this year. I’m not sure what causes this problem.
Luckily I could restore the database from my Time Machine Backup.
The database on ~/Library/Application Support/Plex Media Server/
was completely empty. Only 13MB auf Data.
My Backup has nearly 55 GB.
I also restored the .plist from ~/Library/Preferences/
But this seems to did nothing.
The only thing I cant restore were the Shared Library configuration for my invited friend. This settings are gone. Again.
How can I restore the shared library configuration?
What can cause this issue?
