Loosing server access after claiming server

My setup consists of a docker container (plexinc/pms-docker:plexpass) running on a remote server. I have lost access to my media libraries, as well as the server’s settings in the settings page.

I have followed the troubleshooting guide and got the following results.

First removing the specified keys from the Preferences.xml file, and connecting using port forwarding setup (to ensure localhost connection). In this situation I can see the Libraries and the server settings, however the server is not claimed. If I do not have port forwarding in place, I do not have access to these.

As soon as I claim the server however, I loose all access to Libraries and server settings with an “unauthorized page”.

Any suggestion on how to proceed further ? I can’t identify and changes made that could have triggered this behavior.

What a shame, I didn’t even get a notification email and they cut my service. How can they block a whole provider, I personally have my own dedicated server for personal use there for a while. Pretty annoying as I’m paying monthly for their pass.

Really disappointed of such measures Plex…
