Losing audio on some movies when hitting up (chapter skip)

This seems to happen on alot of my movie tracks but especially on atmos tracks, if i hit up which is chapter skip i will frequently no longer get bitstreamed audio, i will get no audio at all.

I will have to stop the movie and restart it to get audio back.

Actually im going to say it only happens on truehd or atmos movies.

Set to bitstream on windows, hit up a couple times and like clock work you will lose audio.

Sorry disregard that, didnt have proper settings for plex home theater its been a long time since i used it, after i noticed it and changed my settings, it did not happen in plex home theater! I also think i fluked and hit a scene with no audio, but it absolutely works in plex home theater skipping forward or back with truehd/atmos tracks.

This is a PMP issue only with truehd or atmos tracks, bitstreamed enabled, and i am using an rx 460 on windows 7, click up to skip forward or down to skip back a few times, and you will lose audio and have to restart the video, i dont know if the log is helpful (i cant see anything pointing out when i loose audio) but clearly pmp has some issues with bitstreaming truehd/atmos on windows.

Hopefully someone else who bitstreams truehd on windows can test and confirm this problem when doing skips.

Heres two videos i uploaded of the problem since i dont know what else to do, first one is me pressing up (skip forward) on pmp media player and you notice i lose sound on the atmos/truehd track, second one is me firing up plex home theater and not having this issue at all.

Sorry fixed the links above.

Just curious if the devs had a chance to look into this bug, hitting chapter skip (sometimes it takes a few chapter skips before it happens) when bitstreaming truehd or atmos tracks you lose sound. I have video of it above.

Does it happen with passthrough only? Do you always get sound when resuming watching via the resume function from the preplay screen?

I only use passthrough, I can try non passthrough, i always get sound resuming, its just when i skip forward or back a few times i lose audio, does not happen in plex home theater.

Only happening through passthrough, decoding with pmp does not have this issue, purely with passthrough, have not noticed it when resuming, but when i do chapter skips using pass through it happens almost right away most of the time, quite frustrating. Of course bitstreaming is also needed for atmos tracks.

I’m having this same issue any resolution?
