Hello,
I have been using Plex for years now and it has always been relatively consistent. over the last few months when we are accessing via Roku the playback stops frequently and either says content not available, or lost connection. Checking the connection on the App, sometimes it connects no problem (status check), and sometimes it shows that it has lost access.
Any steps I could go through to attempt to diagnose what has happened and why this keep occurring?
