Plex Loses Connection Same Time Every Night

Running remotely, I lose access to the Plex Server just about the same time every night. I get a message that says it cannot find the media.

Sometimes, it only affects the Roku app and I can use a browser and cast it, but sometimes it is both. Rebooting and waiting usually then works. Sometimes, when it locks up, I can hit pause on the player on the browser and then play, and it comes back.

I can’t find any tasks that run on the server at that time that might be affecting it. It just started a few days ago.
