Why did you remove home users? That was a convenient way to have people in the home have separate “watched” functions. Just keep making the product worse, eventually you won’t have to worry about those pesky users.

No home users have been removed.
You can still create managed users or invite people into your Plex Home (based on the feature, this is best suited for people who actually live with you)
Edit: if you’re missing them from the home/friends/sharing menu… check out the Friends section in your Profile (-> as per JohnAlex’ post)
https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/friends
In addition to the Profile page where you can see all of your friends/home members, the Friends and Home members have been split into two pages in Settings:
One section in Settings for me.
Which version of Plex Web?
Unfortunately, inviting our friends to be home/manage users is being required on us, if they wish not to see all the Plex outside streaming sources: Movies & Shows, Live TV, etc.
I just got off the phone with one of my friend-families and was discussing adding them to my Plex Home to help them protect their kids from these outside sources.
What a mess. It has to be an easy fix for Plex to allow anyone to turn these things off on their clients and require a parental pin or something to turn them on again.
I use PMS to manage all my users and PMS is a few versions behind on Plex Web.
As this thread is under PMS, I assumed the user was referring to PMS settings.
Adding users to a Plex home won’t make them managed users.
That being said – let’s keep this thread on topic. There’s already enough other threads circling around your topic.
