I have added a user to my Plex Home, can I now remove the user from the Manage Library Access area?
Only if you don’t want them to have access to any of your libraries.
The question is: what do you want to achieve by this?
Do I need to have that particular user in Manage Library Access and Plex Home?
This is two separate concepts.
Adding an account to your Plex Home means they’ll e.g. be able to use fast user switching within that Home.
Sharing libraries will control which libraries an account can access… be that a regular friend or a member of your Plex Home.
You can be friends with someone or add them to your home without sharing a single library with them.
Be careful with just adding anybody to your Plex Home. This is strictly designed for a use case with members of an actual household or close family… not a cheap way to pass your own Plex Pass membership perks to others.
