Lossless Audio on Android Box (Ugoos AM6B Plus)

I have an Ugoos AM6B Plus, because it can decode a Dolby Vision Full Enhancement Layer. I have not been able to receive lossless audio in Plex, which I downloaded from the device’s Google Play Store. Lossless audio works in Kodi with PlexKodiConnect. Plex claims Dolby TrueHD is not supported by the device, although it works in Kodi. Does anyone know how I can get lossless audio working on this Android box?

I am running the latest version of the Plex Media Server on my Synology NAS and the Ugoos AM6B Plus is connected to my Denon X3700H. This exact setup supports lossless audio in Kodi and also in Plex on my NVIDIA SHIELD TV Pro.

This post was about the same issue. Someone with the same device provided their client logs, but I don’t think anyone followed up with them. Can someone please help me try to get lossless audio on this device?
