Lost access to Plex Media Server on QNAP NAS out of the blue

Server Version#: QNAP 1.41.2
Player Version#: Unknown (all devices affected)

Suddenly 6 hours ago Plex Media Server on my QNAP NAS stopped talking to https://app.plex.tv/ and could not be connected to my Plex account. I did change my Plex password earlier today, as advised to do so via email from Plex, but it was still working after that. I removed the PMS from my Plex account and restarted my NAS hoping that would re-add the PMS to my Plex account, but no such luck. When I try to launch https://:32400/web I get “This site can’t be reached. unexpectedly closed the connection. ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED”.

I have verified that port 32400 is open on my router + firewall, and is not being blocked by QuFirewall on the NAS. I have verified that the port is accessible to the internet.

I honestly don’t know what to try next. Any ideas would be most welcome. TIA

Found the thread where everyone was having problems after password resets. Was able to access http site URL and reclaim my server, All is well now. Sorry to have disturbed y’all. Happy Plexing!

I see no Reclaim button. No idea why not?. Would appreciate any wisdom from others.

There is a QNAP FAQ.
This is part of it: (Re-)Claiming a QNAP Plex Media Server
