QNAP PMS not accessible after new password

Player Version#:4.81.1

Hi.
I have been using my PMS with my QNAP (TS453A) without any issue since years. yesterday I changed my Plex account password (using web browser app.plex.tv) and since then I can’t see my server anymore. I get a message “… can’t establish a secure connection to the server”.
I understand I need to “claim” the server but can’t find how to do that.
Can you please help?

I did as suggested in the link you sent:
I stopped the serve, then accessed the preferences file and deleted the pairs mentioned in the link (and saved the file after editing of course):

  • PlexOnlineHome="1"
  • PlexOnlineMail="jane@example.com"
  • PlexOnlineToken="RanDoMHexIDecIALtoKeNheRE"
  • PlexOnlineUsername="ExampleUser"
    Then I relaunched the server but nothing has changed. I still get the same “…can’t establish a secure connection…” message.
    Anything I missed?
