Lost libraries after update

Server Version#:1.18.2.2058-e67a4e892-x86_64.
Player Version#:4.8.4

So I installed an update to my DS 1517+ and lost all connection to my libraries. I tried deleting everything and starting again but the Plex server is still saying there is nothing in the directory I’m pointing it at.
Any help would be appreciated.
