Lost playcount on synced items

I have an Android player - Fiio M6 to which I sync my music from the server. It has no mobile connection, only Wi-Fi. When I listen to music on it in offline mode, the number of plays on the player grows, but not on the server side. The same applies to statistics on lastfm. When i listen to music with Wi-Fi on - the playcount grows and lastfm statistics update.

The option to install Plexamp does not suit me - it lacks the ability to view the media library as a whole, but this problem doesn’t apply to Plexamp - playcount and lstfm statistics work there fine even in offline mode

Is there any solution?
