Lost power and now I can not access my plex server

I have had my server set up for years. I recently lost power and when the power came back on, I have no access to my media server. The server is running on an unraid machine in a docker. I have several other dockers running and have no problems using those, but plex says:

This site can’t be reached

192.168.1.34 refused to connect.

Try:

ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED

I have tried everything I know how to, and have been trying to google the problem with no avail. I am definitely no expert here. I set this up years ago and it has just been working, so I’m not sure where or how to trouble shoot. Any help would be very much appreciated,
