I do not have remote access because my server is behind CGNAT. I have a Plex Pass & so I can access my content no problem until today. Now I have access at home but remotely. Is anyone else in a similar situation?
Ask your ISP if they can provide a public IPv4 address that supports port forwarding. It does not have to be static, but many ISPs will use static IPs for such requests.
This bypasses their CG-NAT network. They may charge extra for the service.
Plex Relay, a fallback for when regular remote access is unavailable, should also work. The stream is tunneled through servers at Plex and is limited to 2 Mbps.
I only use my Plex Server remotely for Music. I am a Plex Pass Holder & this fall back has worked perfectly for me for years until yesterday when it stopped working ![]()

Rather than opening ports to the outside world, which you cannot do with CGNAT, you should try a Mesh VPN tool like Netrinos.com that can overcome that limitation. Netrinos creates an overlay network that functions over top of CGNAT.
You install Netrinos on a device at the site with the Plex server. Could be on the server itself, or a PC. And you install Netrinos on the devices that want to access that server. Your devices use the local device as a gateway to the Plex server (or other devices).
Netrinos creates an outbound connection through the CGNAT that your other remote devices can use to reconnect. Then you just access Plex as if it were on a big LAN.
