Lost server

I just lost my Server to my Account - Can´t redeem or anything. Its gone - Any others with the same issue ? - i tried 2 times now to make a new account and connect from scratch. but no luck - Still saids " this ser can´t be reach´d "

Are you using Facebook authentication?

Did you update DSM ?
Which version of DSM are you using?
