Lost track information/meta data in music library

I recently rebuilt Windows 10 and reinstalled the Plex server to deal with some unrelated issues in Windows. Open reinstalling the Plex server, it doesn’t seem to be reloading all of the meta data for my .flac music files. Specifically, I notices that dozens of genre groups are gone. This isn’t something I entered myself originally, so I assumed Plex would reload it. At first I had hoped it would add them with a little time, as it wasn’t immediate when it aadded all the genres in the first place, but it’s been over a week now.

Any suggestions?
