All my media has been playing with a slow framerate.
It started last night watching a movie on our TV and I could hardly stand the jitter.
I figured it was just a bad movie.
This morning on my PC I tried watching a movie and it jittered and in testing everything even things I watched the night before last play with a jitter.
It doesn’t bother my wife but when I feel a migraine forming I have to stop watching.
I haven’t made any changes to plex in weeks nor have I done an update recently.
Please help. I rely on plex.
PS I have plex installed on an Unraid server Version: 6.9.2
I have a Vizio 70 inch tv and the only things we use it for is Plex and Youtube. No cable, no Netflix et all.
My regular PC is a few years old and doesn’t have much installed on it and goes months without changes. (All cpu/gpu intensive work etc. gets performed on an Win 10 virtual machine on the Unraid server).

I also have a portable Minix computer (Win 10) that plays without jittering. The same file with the same transcode info. I tried several and everything worked fine.
I’ll reset Plex and maybe even the server and see if it goes away.
