I have a Mac running VMware with windows 8. Plex media server, and plex connect is on the windows vim, and my ps3 can see the content just fine. I created the 3 cert files on my Mac, and dumped one in the certificate folder and went into settings on the atv3 and loaded the profile. When I go into the plex connect folder and click in plex connect .py it comes up with no errors and seems to work fine form the vm. However, when I go to the atv3, it keeps saying trailers unavailable. I have read just about everything and cannot figure it out. Firewall inbound for Python are open. I even created router rules to open ports 443 and 80 on the plex connect server ip… Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Have you created a route for port 53?
Also best if you post everything mentioned in the read before posting pinned thread as it’s helps with diagnosis.
