One server works...the other does not...HELP!

I installed PMS and PlexConnect on my laptop computer last week with no issues. Had it up and running with my AppleTV 3 in no time. On my desktop PC, I have spent the last several hours trying to get my ATV3 to connect with no success. I keep seeing “Trailers is unavailable. Try again later.” on the ATV3. At this point, I have uninstalled and reinstalled both PMS and Python 2.7.6 several times. I have also deleted and re-cloned PlexConnect several times through Github. In addition, I have generated new certificates many times and am able to add the profile to my ATV3 using the directions on the Wiki over Ethernet. I have also tried changing the DNS in PlexConnect settings to match my ISP as well as changing the ip_pms entry to match the host machine…neither worked.

What I don’t understand is how my laptop connects just fine with the ATV3. Both machines are running the same OS versions, on the same network, and running all the same versions of PMS, PlexConnect, and Python. I disabled the server on my laptop thinking perhaps it was interfering but that did not help.

It would seem there is something wrong within Windows on my desktop PC or perhaps there is a router issue with the PC IP address? I did look into Windows Firewall settings on the PC and PMS and Python have permission.

I am desperate for some help in resolving this…I am out of ideas and do not know where to go next.

OK...update. I went ahead and reissued my certs (again) but this time I hand typed them into the command line instead of copy and paste. And what do ya know, I got into Plex on the ATV3. But, victory is short lived. None of the thumbnails would load and when I clicked on one of my libraries, it went to "Accessing Trailers" and got stuck. So...it seems like it's on the right path but still not working. New log attached.

Firewall?

PMS in need of authentication?

Yes, just found out it is definitely a Windows firewall issue. Went in and deleted some extra PMS entries and adjusted the remaining entry. All appears to be working now but with as temperamental is it's been, we shall see what tomorrow brings. Weird that this machine caused so much issue as my laptop was literally a 10 minute set-up.
