Mac Server not automatically scanning libraries anymore

I tried to look through the postings, and found them for Windows, and QNAP, but hadn’t found one targeting MACOS. I am running 26.2 on a Mac mini M2 Pro.

Any suggestions where to start trying to determine why this has broken?

I have rebooted, and optimized the DB and cleaned the bundles.
