MacOS Catalina - importing playlists from "iTunes"

Possibly an error, but I’ve upgraded my Plex server to MacOS Catalina. Things appear to be working OK (at least now Plex is allowed to access removable media), but even though the Itunes xml library has been exported through the Music app, Plex can’t read the tracks referenced in the playlists:

The paths are correct in all the warnings, but Plex can’t read the files.
I’m assuming Plex spawns some process verify the files exist, and this process is being denied access to the actual files - any idea what this process would be? Plex media server has full access to all drives.

Actually, reverting back to version 1.17.0.1709 has fixed this, so it doesn’t look like a Catalina issue at all, but rather a problem with the latest updates.
