UPDATE: Is there any place I can submit an official service request with Plex? If this is the only mechanism, I’m afraid it isn’t working.
UPDATE: Turning off hardware decoding and select refresh rate did not fix this.
UPDATE: Replaced analysis log with desktop log
I see an ad before the movie, but then the screen becomes garbled. The same movie plays great on other devices. This is VOD, not from my local library. SpeedTest is fine, as you would expect since other devices don’t have trouble. Let me know if you need other logs, but the Plex.log:
