Main account "Not Authorized"; managed accounts work normally

Player Version#:4.102.1

After updating to the latest version of Plex Server (DS918+) , my main account is not able to access any of my libraries (“Not Authorized”). Managed/Sub accounts are not having the problem. This issue did not occur immediately after applying the update, but days later. Any help would be appreciated.

This is a bit of a sledgehammer but will work.

  1. Stop PMS
  2. Uninstall PMS using the KEEP (first) menu option
  3. Reinstall the same SPK file again
    – Use the New/Lost server button (Plex Claim Token) method
    – Click the hyperlink to get a claim token
    – COPY into the browser
    – Come back to the install menu & PASTE into the box on the form.
  4. Click NEXT NEXT DONE and let it install.

The installer will update your credentials on the server so it and plex.tv are 100% in sync.

It will verify ownership intact by showing your Plex username and email address
