After upgrading to DSM 7 the plex server is unautorized on the account.
I have 2 synology nas , on one of them plex server appears ok .
I uninstalled plex on the other one and install again with claim id issued on my account.
The second plex server does not want to be added to the account
what is the solution ?

What version of Plex Media Server did you install on the NAS? 1.29, 1.30, etc.
It is listed in Synology Package Center.
Try accessing the second server directly, via its IP address. See if you can login and claim the server.
For example, if the IP address is 10.1.2.3, use http://10.1.2.3:32400/web.
Do not use QuickConnect, a domain name, the “open” button in Package Center, etc.
it worked after uninstall full and reinstall with claim token. thank you
