Setup Plex Home managed account can't access to server

Hi everyone,
I have configured a managed account and I have granted to this account with all the libraries of my server.

The user seems configured correctly infact in the user Library section says that he has access to all the libraries

When i switch to this new account for pinning the libraries i got this messagge:

I can’t figure out the problem.

The only one thing that I saw is this section of the user called Media that says

You haven’t granted access to anything yet.

Even if I have granted that whole library, why in the media section says otherwise?
There is another configuration to do?

Stop and restart your server using its task tray icon.
Then let it sit running for a while,
then “Switch User” back and forth again.

Also check the restrictions tab incase there is something there blocking access.

I have the same problem.

I’ve already tried:

  • removing library permissions, saving, and then restoring them (same problem)
  • creating a new user (same problem)
  • restarting the server 3 times

Nothing has solved the problem, I have no more ideas.

My version is 1.41.7.9823

Hi, after updating the Plex Media Server the bug got fixed.

It was not a bug.

However the communication about that security measure and the urgent need to update your PMS was not well communicated by Plex apparently.
