Currently, in CarPlay, when PlexAmp is the most recent audio application, on the CarPlay summary screen, if there is an active calendar event then the plexamp area will be small enough that you see the cover image and a stop/start button, but you can not see the name of the song or artist. To see the current song I tap the plexamp area… and PlexAmp app launches the screen where you choose among downloads, playlist menus etc. To get to see the song I have to now carefully tap the upper right corner for the “now playing” screen. This is not especially safe user interaction while driving. Please consider having PlexAmp launch to the now playing screen (which has start/stop and detailed track information). If I want to do complicated navigation to playlists, downloads, etc, then I click the upper left button for ‘back arrow’ to the top level menu.
