Make watched/unwatched indicators more consistent and toggling more friendly

I noticed that in the iOS app, the watched and unwatched indicators are inconsistent between views.

In the list view, watched videos have no indicator, or an empty, unshaded circle, while the unwatched videos have a filled, shaded circle.

In the individual video information view, watched videos are indicated by a filled, colored circle:

I don’t use Plex all the time so everytime I come back to it after a period away from it I can never remember/know right away what the indicators indicate because the inconsistency makes it even less intuitive. Can you make the indicators consistent please?

In a second note, is it possible to make toggling the watched state a one-tap thing, perhaps by tapping on the shaded circle in the list view (first attached screenshot)? I figure it would help those like me who watch their stuff somewhere else and come back to Plex wanting to update a bunch of videos as watched.
