Is there a way to mark certain channels as “favorite” so I can look through a much smaller list for channels I frequently watch? It’s a hassle to have to scroll though the entire list if I know I just want to watch MST3K.
No, it’s a much needed feature along with channel categories, it’s a nightmare having to scroll through hundreds of channels in the guide at the moment.
I believe it’s being tested. As they had or have favorite channels for their Plex TV service.
It’s not exactly what you’re asking, but there is a recent channels hub at the top of the “What’s On” tab. It shows the eight most recently viewed channels in order (and shows what’s currently playing on that channel).
There are some drawbacks though: It doesn’t show the poster for the item (just the channel logo), nor does it show season/episode information for series. But, if you have a relatively short list of frequently viewed channels, it’s quick way to access them.
