Manage Recommentdation Not Working

Manage Recommendations Home has no effect on the Home in the Plex server Plex client or the Roku app.

None of the other Manage Recommendations has any effect either.

Help would be appreciated.

Can't save any 'Manage Recommendations' changes

Server version: 1.22.3.4392 on linux Mint 20.1 Plex Web version: 4.56.3 Any changes to the checkboxes under Home column in ‘Manage Recommendations’ are not saved. If I check any boxes in the Home column, then navigate away from the Manage Libraries page, then come back to it, the boxes I checked are no longer checked. There is no ‘Save’ button, so I presume the setting is saved as soon as the box is toggled. My Home page has ‘Recent Playlists’ and ‘Recommended Podcasts’ (neither of which I …

Nope, the configuration saves but it doesn’t have any effect.
