A few days ago both of my 4k FireTV sticks stopped showing managed users as an option for logging in. Now, all I can do is access Plex through the admin login only. I’ve updated the server but there doesn’t appear to be an update for the FireTV app. I’ve logged into Plex from a computer and reviewed the account settings and nothing stands out as having been changed and I can see all of the managed user accounts and edit them. The “error” message on the login screen of FireTV Plex app says something like “fast user switching is unavailable, check your internet connection or the status of plex at status.plex.tv”. Any insight would be appreciated.
Just in case anyone else has this issue because I didn’t see anything about it when doing my own search. Unbelievably I failed to implement lessons from IT 101, unplug the FireTV and plug it back in… doh…
