Managed Users can not see playlists (Have Shared)

Hi,

Looking for some help, no matter what I do none of my managed users can see any shared playlists, This is on a phone or the windows desktop web browser login.

This user has full access to all libraries.

I have attached the screenshot of the share;

An then The user having No Media in that Playlist?

It really frustrating as we would love to set up playlists on the Office PC and share them with all our managed users!

Shared Playlists will appear in the special media source “Shared”.
You can verify that you have shared the playlist successfully, by inspecting the user name in https://app.plex.tv/desktop/#!/settings/plex-home
Click on the user’s name, then select the “Media” tab.

Switch the user account back and forth. The “Shared” media source will appear in the side bar eventually.
Your screenshot above does already show it at the bottom of the list.

Great thanks, I just assumed they would appear in \Playlists but see now they are in shared.
