I have a few managed users on my server. I discovered yesterday that they cannot see libraries on our local server when on the same network. If they are remote, they can see them. My user account can see the libraries both on the local network and remotely.
I have the router supplied by my ISP - and I know it does not allow loopback connections (so browsing to plex.tv on a device on the local network will not find the server), but I did have everything working and everyone could access libraries, whether locally or remotely.
I could accept this is a server config issue, but how come my user account can access the libraries, and others cannot?
This is not a problem when connected directly to the server (192.168.1.243:32400) from a web browser - all users can see all libraries this way.
I’ve tried on a few android devices and the windows app, and it’s the same on all of them.
If anyone can help I’d really appreciate it.
