Managed users only are unable to find server

Server Version#: 4.87.2
Player Version#: 7.0 - 23

After recent update on Roku ver 7.0 upd 23, my home/managed users (only) are unable to find the local plex server.

Only the admin user (Me) can successfully find server. Other players are working fine. I’ve uninstalled Plex app and re-setup.

I can also cast from phone to a logged in managed user even though no server content shows up on their home screen.

Resolved this with hint from this post - Managed User Has No Access to Libraries, Admin Account Has No Problems

It seems managed users appear to always use the external URL instead of local discovery. This seems odd… the whole premise of managed users is sharing within the home. Even though local DNS of the plex server hostname resolves to the internal IP, managed users still appear to be using external IP.

So, the fix was to create a NAT reflection rule for LAN > Ext IP to point 32400 back to the LAN IP of Plex Server
