Is anyone else having the issue of managed users not seeing any media on the server? The admin user can see all the media just not anyone else. I could just have a setting wrong but it was working fine a month ago.
If you have an idea of how I can fix this it would be greatly appreciated.
I’m having this issue also since I moved from an older NAS to a newer and different branded NAS. I can see all the media but when I switch to my daughters Home Account, 2 out of the 3 shared libraries with that profile work while the 3rd one doesn’t show content. When I switch from my profile to hers also it says no content but shows all in her library on my profile.
Any ideas for a solution? Is it an issue with the last updated release of Plex for NAS?
