Managed account cannot see any shared library but sees Movies and Shows

I have created a managed user and shared some libraries with the user.

However, when I switch to the managed user, I do not see any media.

The second problem that I have is that I have disabled Online Media Sources - Movies & TV for managed users, but that does show up for this managed user (on mobile device but not on web).

I am losing my mind. I have a plex pass subscriber. Please help!

On the account, did you Pin the library’s source to the home page?

Yes, on the main account some sources are pinned. But they do not appear at all on the managed account screen.

This might be related, but my server shows up as offline when viewing from a managed account.
