I’ve a library with several manual collections.
One of them is since last update always shown multiple times, where in the overview the first one hast 10 entries all other 0.
However if I open any of the 0 entry entries all 10 show up.
If I delete one of the 0 entries, all are gone.
Server version: 1.41.3.9314
You probably need to repair your server database.
I did now the ‘automatic’ command.
It told me everything is fine - but the duplicate entries are still there.
However thank you for the link, didn’t know something like this existed!
Which ‘automatic’ command are you referring to?
The one that appears in this script? How could you know about it, if you didn’t know the script existed?

I used the tool you referred and it’s still the same as before.
What happens if you delete those empty collections?
Are your movies stored in mp4 file format? If they are, do they have embedded meta tags in them? And if so, is the Album tag populated?
If I delete one of the empty ones, all get deleted.
Yes these are MP4, but I don’t see an album tag. 
Drag one such file into mp3tag and see if the Album field shows some content.
Are you running your server directly on the Synology, or is it only used as file storage and the Plex server is on a different machine?
I just double-checked and none of the files in this folder (where I also have other collections) has any meta tags.
Directly on Synology DS423.
Did you run the repair script directly on the Synology? (Sorry for asking, but I want to be sure about that.)
Yes, as stated on GitHub, and I’m trying right now to do it again just to be sure.
Edit: I did now stop, automatic, start and the issue is still the same.
Interesting, now I deleted one of the “empty” ones, and the others stay but just got cleared.
I deleted now all but one and try to add the entries again.
After one entry, no more duplicated collections.
Updating this comment when I’m done.
Update: all entries added and no duplicates!
Not sure what caused the issue, but it seems resolved now.
