Manual connections (still) broken

Manual connections are still broken after years, and it seems like it is on purpose at this point. See [BUG] Plex on Android never attempts manual connection. The last good version that actually connects to a manual server, not “claimed” or signed in, and not using GDM, was released on 03 August 2018. Sadly, Android 12 broke the text input for the old versions of the Plex Android app, so now there is no working solution.

Please fix.
