Manually connect Chromecast Plex player to IP address

I connect from a remote location using Tailscale running on both the local and remote routers. This allows me to directly connect to the IP address of the server/port from my Chromecast. How do I tell the Chromecast player the IP address of the Plex server (IP address: 100.xx.xx.xx)?

Jellyfin lets me enter the IP address directly. Is there an equivalent for Plex?
