Is there any way to manually adding a thumbnails for chapters of mp4-videos, that would be shown in Plex Media Server on AppleTV?
I had chapters through Subler (on a Mac) - and ask Subler to generate thumbnails. It works in Apples TV app - but not on Plex.
But what I really want to do is to be able to add an image to the chapters myself …
Been googling for days - and haven’t come up with a solution.
Any tricks/help would be highly appreciated.

If you have chapter information, PMS should be extracting the images directly from the video file. There isn’t a way to force a specific image for the thumbnail if that is what you are asking.
Edit - Actually, you don’t even need to provide the chapter information. As long as you have the option enabled PMS will even search for the chapter information itself.
