Manually specify server address in PMS or "Plex"?

Is it true that it is no longer possible to specify the ip address of my server in the desktop players? Or am I just missing the spot?

My ISP blocks all ports so if I have a VPN instance to connect inside my network.

I can use a web browser and it is fine playing as direct stream. But if I use one of the desktop players it reverts to indirect and transcodes as it is relaying via plex’s servers.

I am sure there used to be a setting but cannot for the life of me find it now.

You can manually specify servers in PMP.

Go into TV Mode, click on your username, settings -> manual servers.

I could not find a way to manually specify servers in the new desktop apps, Plex for Windows/Mac.
