Mapping channels from multiple tuners

I may have an unusual situation. I have seen this addressed several years ago and with the recent changes to Plex, wonder if a solution has been found.

I have two tuners, a HDHomeRun Prime for cable TV channels and a HDHomeRun Quatro for “off the air” channels. This is for two reasons. One, I needed more than 3 channels (and SiliconDust seems to have abandoned the 6 channel project) and Two, there are some local “off the air” channels that are not available by the cable provider.

Now comes two problems. Cox Communications added several channels (some several years ago) that do not appear on the best available mapping.

Second, these “off the air” channels (such as “Justice”, “Charge”, “Comet”, “Circle”, and “MyTV”) are not available through the Cable TV provider.

Is there a way (or can we have this added) to add, merge, or modify a mapping to add channels that either are not in the original or when using multiple tuners?
