In PHT on my PC, if I want to make a show or film as watched, I can simply right click on it and select "Mark as Watched" from the menu.
Is there any way to do the same in Rasplex? I'm using CEC to control it at the moment, so if it is possible then I guess I'm currently missing the necessary key mapping to access the menu using my remote.

I don't know about CEC, since I've never used it, but I do know that normal PHT on a PC allows you to toggle the 'watched' flag of a movie on or off simply by pressing the 'W' key with that movie selected. The same thing also works for TV shows, and there you can do it at multiple levels (entire show, one season, one episode), depending on the current cursor selection.
I assume that the same thing will work when using a USB keyboard to control RasPlex, though I can't test it right now since I've lent my RPi to my brother. (I have other media players for my TV, and he has none for his set.)
For that RPi we use a tiny Plexgear keyboard (smaller than a PS2 gamepad) as remote controller, connected to the RPi through an RF dongle plugged into one of the USB ports. This allows use of any standard PHT keyboard commands. (That's assuming all are included in the RasPlex version, as I haven't tested all of them myself.)
