Marking Show as Unwatched, automatically is adding it to On Deck without Anything Watched

I wanted to rewatch Psych (2006). When I marked the whole show as unwatched. It automatically jumps to On deck for S00E04 (which is the last thing thing that Aired for the show). If I mark that as watched, it jumps to the season finale S08E10 as the next to watch. When you make that as watched it, says the next episode to watch is S01E01.

Any Idea why it isn’t starting with S01E01?
