Hi, this might not be the right place to post this but I’ve not that a show I recently added to my server and haven’t started watching yet has appeared on my deck. The whole is marked as unplayed but for some reason the S2E01 has shown up on the deck, I can’t get it to go a way. I don’t want to mark the show as watched just to get rid of it
You probably watched at least one episode of season 1 some time ago.
This is Plex nudging you that there is a second season now and offering it to you.
It will vanish automatically again from On Deck after the number of weeks set under
Settings - Server - Library - ‘Show Advanced’ - “Weeks to consider for On Deck and Continue Watching”
It won’t disappear if there are new files added of that show within the select time period.
I only just added the show today and haven’t watched a single episode
And you had never a single episode of that show on this server?
Even if it was a “mismatch”?

Could you post the Plex XML info of this episode please?
I kept fiddling about with it and after removing the show, placing the episodes in a different folder and scanning them back in season by season it’s no longer showing up on my deck. I must have done something wrong when I first scanned them in but I seem to have fixed the error
