Watched status of show seems stuck on unwatched - even after toggling manually

As subject says, I have an episode of a TV show On Deck that continually shows as unwatched - even though I’m well past it. As such, it always shows in my On Deck screen. I have tried manually toggling it to watched/unwatched multiple times, and have even tried setting the entire season as watched and setting the last few back “on” as unwatched. No matter what, that earlier episode will always show up as unwatched on multiple Plex clients.

Is this a known issue? Database issue? Any suggestions on how I might fix? Thank you!

  1. activate debug logging (not ‘verbose’!)
  2. quit Plex Server
  3. wait 1 minute
  4. start Plex Server
  5. wait 5 minutes
  6. fetch log files and attach them here

Or inspect them yourself. Take a look at the Plex Media Server.log file and seek for messages about database corrupt or malformed.
If you find these, you may have to repair your database.
